It allows to have a cooled water supply to be used to obtain doughs at a constant temperature independently from the ambient temperature.
Among the accessories for vertical Coolers, the electronic Liter-counter with decimal measurement
(connectable with coolers equipped with water pump or with the water supply)
Configurations
Vertical coolers to be placed on a support stand (option) or to be installed on a wall.
Water can be taken out by gravity feed or by water pump (option).
Wall horizontal coolers with standard brackets for installation on the wall. Provided with: 15 L/minute capacity water pump and electronic liter-counter.
(Reference water temperature: inlet +18°C / outlet +3°C).
