With EsmachLab you can make up to 400 kg of fresh bread each day in just few minutes and using only 35-40 m2 of laboratory space.
Morning, afternoon, snack, aperitif and dinner, prepare all your products at any time of day. Don’t just stop at bread, start diversifying your products: try your hand at baguettes, small focaccias, ciabattas, croissants, pizzas, products that are either sweet or salted, with or without filling.
