Chamber capacity and characteristics:

Standard supplied with a vapour evacuation valve, proposed in three models, with baking surfaces of 0.88 m2 – 1.07 m2 – 1.50 m2, that correspond to a capacity of 3 – 4 – 6 trays of 400×600 mm respectively. The three versions can be fitted with a usable height of 180 or 250 mm for taking things out of the oven.
