Refining cylinder
This refining cylinder can laminate up to 30 kg of dough through consecutive programmable steps. It is mainly used by artisanal bakers, but it has proved its resilience and reliability by being used successfully – with the right adaptations being made to the electrical part – even in automatic industrial dough processing lines for tramezzino sandwich bread and sliced bread.
