The AC conic rounder rounds dough portions and prepares them for the next processing steps.

The bends in the channels of the different models and their distance from the rotating cone were studied to guarantee an optimal round shape according to the weight range of the dough portions.

At output, the machine typically feeds the ECP proofer or FE-type long loaf moulders.

Models:

AC/1 : Rounder – indicatively for pieces of from 200 to 1200 g
AC/3 : Rounder – indicatively for pieces of from 400 to 2300 g
