It’s been two days of updating and training together with the Bongard staff

Brusorio Anne-Sophie, Krempp Matthieu with Chef Marc Masera – Bakery Ambassador together with our Technologist Stefano Bongiovanni.

We believe in the unreserved sharing of projects

between the French Bongard and Italian Esmach technical offices in order to launch in the specific new equipment for the oven line, trying to improve every single aspect.

The result is always a winning batch out of the oven!
