The tool holding arms are made of cast aluminium, while the mixing tools are made of 316L stainless steel and can be adjusted in height thanks to the handwheel; in addition, if the machine is stopped, a mechanical devices ensures that the arms always stop in the upper safe point, which helps the operators when they have to remove the product from the bowl.
