Band rounder
AT band rounder is designed for the rounding of medium and large pieces of “soft” dough with high hydratation, from 65% to 90%, and make them ready for the successive processing stages.
Gentle rounding thanks to differentiated speed belts and opposite advancement, arranged at an angle “V” shaped.
Opening of the adjustable “V” by a handwheel, depending on the sizes of the pieces. Manual feeding or with SP volumetric divider or CPC/CPL divider.
Steel structural frame mounted on casters.
Double painted anti-corrosion cycle and epoxy powdercoated outer paneling (suitable for food contact).
Speed variator to adjust the relative speed between the bands to obtain different degrees of rounding.
Suitable for pieces up to 2200 grs.
Angle between the bands adjustable depending on the size of the portions to round.
Mechanical flour duster.
