This is a machine for working bread dough, made up of a rotating divider, a first shaper, a rest mat, a second directable shaper, and a long loaf moulder which, by working with different sequences and combinations, can be used to make all the classic rolled bread shapes.

Long loaf moulding device to make rolled long loaves that are up to 480 mm long
The ìULî side output conveyor makes it possible to pick up the cut dough portions before they are made into long loaves
