La storia
Esmach was established in the 1970s as Esperia Macchine, a company that created and manufactured solutions for bread making. The spiral mixer and the divider were the first machines produced, and they immediately became real technological innovations in the field. During the 1980s the company developed and changed its brand: Esperia Macchine was transformed into Esmach to promote its additional development in the international market, with the sale of industrial lines for bread making. During the early 1990s Bongard, the historical and undisputed leader in France for the production of ovens, identified Esmach as a trustworthy Partner that could develop the presence of its ovens in the Italian market, creating a bond between the two companies with a crossed distribution agreement.
Esmach today
Today Esmach is part of ALI Group, one of the most interesting world realities that specialises in designing, producing and supplying machinery and solutions for Food Delivery. Innovation and continuous improvement guide the Esmach processes, which reinterpret the Kaizen philosophy (Kai=change; Zen=better), from product quality to customer service. Esmach is therefore the perfect partner in both a technical and a technological environment, because it supplies turn-key solutions created to make work peaceful and successful, even through co-design, service and training.

Esmach philosophy involves the continuous innovation of product, quality and service while still remaining faithful to the healthy principles of the artisan know-how, made of people and passion.
Our symbol is ancient and evocative: inspired by the oriental symbols of Yin and Yang but presented in a modern key, it is a dynamic representation of problem solving thanks to the encircling and the “global” movement of the two powers. Esmach harmoniously combines and blends hot and cold, rotation, completeness, balance and life. The reference to the circular movement of the mixer is immediate, also keeping in mind how fluids and material move inside our machines. At the same time, the symbol communicates our values and objectives by expressing the effectiveness of the machines and their ability to preserve the characteristics of the products they mix and work, the tenacity and reactivity of our men.
