In Rimini, on the occasion of SIGEP / AB Tech Expo,
we look forward to seeing you at HALL D5 – BOOTH 026
We will be present with a whole new booth full of events designed to allow professionals in the sector to work with traditional sourdough,
but with all the advantages of today’s technology.
During the five days of SIGEP, the various Labs present will alternate Masterclasses with great professionals from the world of leavened products, thus giving us the opportunity to see innovative recipes and products in practice
