Thermal insulation

Special attention was given to thermal insulation, to limit heat dispersion as much as possible, which helps save energy and reduces business costs. The insulation is made from precompressed panels of mineral wool, with multiple overlapping layers. The layer union points are crossed to avoid thermal bridges. Loose mineral wool is pressed into the complex points.

The front

The usable height for taking things out of the upper chamber is differentiated to favour the baking of products with more development.
