Moulder for rolled bread



E-FOR 2C  is indispensable for bakeries since it solves not only the problem of room space but also provides the processing of two separate machines.






Standard features :.

  • Compact moulder for rolled bread suitable for dough pieces ranging from a weight of approx. 15 to 750 g.
  • Through the inlet conveyor, dough is firstly to carry to rollers of lamination to be then rolled through a reversal motion of two conveyor belts at a differentiated speed.
  • Option of a 500 or 600 cm wide inlet conveyor belt.



  • Control knob placed on the machine right-hand side enabling return of rolled dough pieces.
  • Machine to be equipped, upon request, with long moulder for loaves, including small loaves.
  • I dispositivi di sicurezza e di emergenza sono in 24 V.







 Construction :

  • Painted steel structural frame on 4 casters to facilitate both machine handling and cleaning underneath the machine.
